DESIRE AND THE SEA
a selection of poems, songs and monologues from Edgar Oliver’s work spanning the past twenty-five years – from some of his earliest plays first staged at LaMama to his most recent work – all having to do with the sea and with longing.
Much of the evening will be musical. Mr. Oliver will be accompanied by his friends – the bandmates of The Octave Doktors – in songs and chanties of the sea.
